Will we start to see the notification about "Start planning for Windows 10 end of support" on the Redbox kiosks?

On my laptop that is running Windows 10, I have seen this pop-up upon logging in. The pop-up is about upgrading to Windows 11 and if your computer meets the requirements to upgrade to Win 11, like they were doing to get people to upgrade to Win 10 when we all had Windows 7.

Now the question is, will Microsoft change this pop-up notification about "Start planning for Windows 10 end of support" as it gets closer and closer to November of 2025 and this pop-up notification from only showing once logged in to be more frequent and more aggressive? Will we see this on the Redbox kiosks and other kiosks in general that is using Windows 10 witch assuming they get updates to keep the system secure?
